A Few CHA Fun Facts
In 4 years, CHA Upper School has graduated 38 students, and 65% of graduates were awarded National Honor Society membership, and 54% received the Presidential Award for Educational Excellence (>3.5 GPA, >28 on ACT), gaining scholarships and entrance into universities such as Duke, Northwestern, and Wheaton.
CHA was founded by 5 families, including Wayne Grudem, renowned theologian, professor, author of Systematic Theology, and chief editor of the English Standard Version of the Bible.
One of our 8th grade alumni was featured on Oprah for a winning essay and recently appointed an Honoree of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum for her dedication to genocide prevention. This life passion was ignited during her 8th grade English human rights project, under the tutelage of Mrs. Sharon Ledbetter.
Among CHA alumni are human rights advocates, professional athletes, teachers, missionaries and pastors who have influenced their world for Christ for the past 30 years
The CHA story is not just about scores; it’s more than college preparation. It’s sports, discovery, celebrations, community, discipleship, service. It’s God’s story in us, with Christ at the center.
