Enrollment confirmation for the 2022-23 school year is now open for current students. Please help us ensure that we have the right personnel, curriculum, and classroom space for next year by confirming your enrollment at your earliest convenience.

Complete the following two steps by January 15 so that we can guarantee your spot(s) and assure that the $125 enrollment confirmation charge will be credited back to your tuition account in the fall.

Step 1

Confirm your enrollment straight from your Veracross Parent Portal (look for the big blue button at the bottom of your home screen). This is a four-click process that takes less than ten minutes to complete.

Step 2

Pay the enrollment confirmation charge of $125 per student, which was added to your December tuition account in FACTS. If you do this before January 15, 2022, this non-refundable charge will be credited back to your tuition account in the fall.

FAQ

What if we don’t confirm enrollment by January 15?

One, your spot next year will not be guaranteed. After this date we will begin placing newly accepted students into available openings until the classes are full. Your student’s placement in the class will be considered once you complete the enrollment process. Two, if you enroll after January 15 but before March 31, the $125 enrollment charge will NOT be credited to next fall’s tuition. If you enroll after March 31, an additional late fee of $125 per student will be charged to your account.

What if we confirm enrollment but later withdraw?

If you inform us by March 31, 2022, that you plan to withdraw, your initial $500 New Student Enrollment Deposit (if applicable) will be credited to your account at the end of the school year; however, the $125 enrollment charge is forfeited. If you inform us after March 31, 2022, of your plans to withdraw, all enrollment deposits are forfeited.
