Has your grandparent done something really special or unique? Can he or she ride a unicycle? Tried skydiving? Wrote a book? Maybe he or she makes top-notch sushi, is a talented artist, or is a beekeeper?
Nominate him or her for CHA’s One-of-a-Kind Grandparents’ Awards! Before November 18, simply:
- Submit this form.
- Email a photograph, newspaper article, or 20-second-or-less video to Rachel Mohn.
Award winners will be announced at our Thanksgiving Chapel on November 23.
Please note: it is acceptable to nominate a grandparent who has passed, or a special older friend who is like a grandparent.
