Arrival & Dismissal Procedures
Please review Arrival and Dismissal safety procedures found in the Preschool & Kindergarten Handbook, including where to drop-off and pick-up your child during arrival and dismissal times. Please become familiar the flow of traffic in our parking lot during these busy times and follow the directions of CHA staff who are present to manage traffic.

New preschool students to CHA must submit a physical exam by Sept. 15 (This includes all PreK-3 students and new PreK-4 students). Vision & Hearing Screening will take place during class, Monday & Tuesday, Nov. 4 & 5, 2019. For more information, go to Health Services.
Preschool Lunch Bunch (MWF, 11:30-1:00 PM)
Students in morning preschool may extend his/her day until 1 PM, having lunch at school. Please register in advance through the Lunch Bunch Registration Form also found on the Preschool Quick Link page on Parent Central. Last minute sign-ups will be accepted if space and staffing is available. Lunch Bunch may be used on a regular or occasional basis. Questions? Contact Kathy Severson.
Students (PK-Gr 12) who stay for lunch may order chocolate or white milk for the entire year. Cost will be billed to student’s tuition invoice.

Preschool and Kindergarten families may order, pay for and manage their student’s hot lunch through KIDDOS Catering. For more information about KIDDOS and their hot lunch program, please go to the Lunchtime page.
Veracross Parent Portal
Parents will find the Veracross Parent Portal a useful tool. It contains a calendar, family and faculty directory, and resources from your classroom teacher. If you need need assistance or a tutorial on how to use Veracross, please contact Rose Martinez in the CHA Office.
