Arrival & Dismissal Procedures
Please review Arrival and Dismissal safety procedures found in the Preschool & Kindergarten Handbook, including where to drop-off and pick-up your child during arrival and dismissal times. Please become familiar the flow of traffic in our parking lot during these busy times and follow the directions of CHA staff who are present to manage traffic.

New preschool students to CHA must provide a Illinois Physical Exam form, completed and signed by your child’s doctor by the first day of school. For detailed information regarding required and other health forms, please see Health Services.
Students (PK-Gr 12) who stay for lunch may order chocolate or white milk for the entire year. The cost will be billed to student’s tuition invoice and must be ordered for the year by August 19. Full details and an order form can be found on the Lunch Options page.
Full-day preschool and kindergarten families may send lunch from home OR order, pay for, and manage their student’s hot lunch through KIDDOS Catering. Information about KIDDOS and a link to their website can be found on the Lunch Options page.

Veracross Parent Portal
Parents will find the Veracross Parent Portal a useful tool. It contains a calendar, family and faculty directory, and resources from your classroom teacher. If you need need assistance or a tutorial on how to use Veracross, please contact Adina Pascotescu in the CHA Office.
