Admissions Steps
At Christian Heritage Academy, we are committed to providing an exemplary, Christ-centered education where your child will be rooted in a deep love for God, known within our community, engaged in educational excellence, and inspired to make a difference.
As you work through the Admissions process, our Enrollment Team will come alongside you to guide you, answer questions, and cover your family in prayer. Below you’ll find an overview of the process as you explore the possibility of your child attending CHA.
Documents needed
- $80 application fee per student
- Child’s birth certificate
- Pastor Recommendation Form
- Any diagnostic test results (if applicable; IEP/504 plans, developmental, and/or psychological evaluations)
- $130 application fee per student
- Child’s birth certificate
- Pastor Recommendation Form
- Prior 3 years of report cards*
- Most recent standardized test scores
- Samples of recent schoolwork (writing samples)
- Any diagnostic test results (if applicable; IEP/504 plans, developmental, and/or psychological evaluations)
- Samples of homeschool curriculum (if applicable)
