Rooted in Faith

Can young people learn to be the hands and feet of Jesus? You bet! We believe that Jesus meant it when he said, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20)

So we GO!

In light of the Great Commission, we devote a full week of the school year, called GO! Week, for our Middle and Upper School students to go into the world to see where God is at work and join Him there. Teams disperse throughout Chicagoland; to at least one other state/region in the United States, such as Nashville or Kansas City; and overseas, such as to the Dominican Republic or Guatemala, for an immersive, feet-on-the-ground week of service learning. Click the cards below to learn more about GO! Week opportunities by grade levels.

GO! Week 2023—By the Numbers

When our students work together, they make a HUGE impact on the world around us, from the community in which Christian Heritage Academy is located (Northfield, IL) to other locations around the globe. Look at the numbers and join us in praising God!

My trip to the Dominican Republic helped me realize all of the things that I should be thankful for every day that I take for granted. It was a week I will remember for the rest of my life.
