Begin Your Application

Please complete an enrollment application through our user-friendly, online platform! The following steps are required in order for your application to be complete:

  1. Submit the Application: Click the button below to fill out our online application form in the Admissions Portal.
  2. Pay the Application Fee: Submit the non-refundable application fee online to process your application.
  3. Upload Supporting Documents: Provide the necessary documentation, including a pastor recommendation form, recent report cards, transcripts, and developmental information.

Preschool
  • $130 application fee per student
  • Child’s birth certificate
  • Pastor Recommendation Form
  • Any diagnostic test results (if applicable; IEP/504 plans, developmental, and/or psychological evaluations)
Grades K-5
  • $130 application fee per student
  • Child’s birth certificate
  • Pastor Recommendation Form
  • Prior 3 years of report cards*
  • Most recent standardized test scores
  • Samples of recent schoolwork (writing samples)
  • Any diagnostic test results (if applicable; IEP/504 plans, developmental, and/or psychological evaluations)
  • Samples of homeschool curriculum (if applicable)

*You may request from previous school using our Records Release Form A

Grades 6-12
  • $130 application fee per student
  • Child’s birth certificate
  • Pastor Recommendation Form
  • Prior 3 years of report cards*

  • Writing Sample from previous school year
  • Math recommendation letter from previous teacher
  • Any diagnostic test results (if applicable; IEP/504 plans, developmental, and/or psychological evaluations)
