Your Journey to Christian Heritage Academy

Complete our online application form, and submit all supporting documentation (including, in part, birth certificates, test scores, and a pastor recommendation form). This process may take several hours to complete, though the online form can be saved and returned to before submitting. Read complete details on our Apply page.
Assessments and Placement
Admissions may schedule assessments and/or placement testing for incoming K-12 students.
This in-person (or Zoom), hour-long conversation with the Admissions Team allows CHA to get to know you better, hear about your faith journey, and answer any remaining questions you may have about our school and philosophy of education.
After acceptance notification, applicants must confirm enrollment within two weeks. Steps include signing the enrollment contract and statement of faith, setting up a FACTS tuition management account, and submitting required health forms.
