Choosing the right school for your child is an important decision and we’re excited to be part of your journey! As you work through the Admissions process, our Admissions Team will come alongside you to guide you, answer questions, and cover your family in prayer. Below you’ll find the next steps as you explore the possibility of your child attending CHA. 

Submit an Inquiry Form

Begin your journey with us by filling out an Inquiry Form. Let us know you’re interested, and we’ll provide you with all the information you need to get started.

Visit Us

Explore our campus and learn more about our school community. Choose from a variety of options, including monthly Virtual Open Houses, school tours, preview events, and Shadow Days for applicants in 7th-11th grades.

Begin the Application Process

Once you’ve experienced our school firsthand, it’s time to start the application process. Our online application is simple and user friendly! Simply email our admissions team, and we’ll send you an application link with further instructions. Once you pay the application fee, you’ll be asked to submit all supporting documents including a pastor recommendation form, past report cards and test scores, and a birth certificate.

Come in for Academic Assessments

We assess each student’s academic readiness to ensure we can provide the appropriate support and guidance. Our Admissions Team will reach out to schedule an academic assessment for each incoming K-12 student.

Interview

We value open communication with our prospective families! Our team will reach out to schedule a parent interview to discuss your child’s educational goals, hear about your faith journey, share more about our school community, and answer any remaining questions you may have. Students applying for 9th-12th grade are also invited to a 30-minute interview with our Upper School Principal.

Finalize Enrollment

After a successful admissions process, an official school offer is sent for each applicant. Finalize your enrollment by accepting our offer and paying the enrollment deposit within two weeks of acceptance.
